My experience-New To Topiramate (25M)

Hey everyone!

I just got a prescription today for topiramate as I have chronically suffered from migraines since i was 4 years old. Im reading about the side effects and im not gonna lie im really freaking scared about it especially the part of not being able to sweat like normal. I normally sweat a lot in the gym and workout 6 days a week and drink a gallon to a gallon and a half of water a day. My question is how bad are these side effects and what are the chances of me possibly collapsing in the gym with this drug and if its even worth it.

Currently my stack for supplements for the day are: EAA Creatine Tongkat Ali Ashwaghanda Multi Fish Oil Pre Workout

My prescription is 50mg once a day every morning.

I also smoke delta 8 cbd for sleep and panic attacks.

What are the chances it would negatively co exist with the other supplements im taking as well as my chances of overheating in the gym with this supplement stack and water intake.

TL:DR: New to Topiramate, scared as hell, am i over reacting?
