So I [26F] have had hemipaligic migraines. Migraines run in my dad’s family but I am the only one with this presentation. My mom gave my fever blisters before I was born.

Since they have started, I noticed my fever blisters will trigger the nerve. I did a bit of digging and I found that evidently Herpes Simplex (type that causes fever blisters) can trigger nerve inflammation in Cranial Nerve 7- I.e. the face one… I.e. the one I can feel.

So my questions are, if you have this presentation of migraines and get fever blisters does it effect you?
