My experience-Well, my copay card for nurtec finally ran out

Now my copay is $120/month for 16 pills, $1,440 a year just to retain some form of normalcy. I also picked this PPO plan at work specifically for its higher copay coverage with meds like nurtec, which is an extra $50/month above the next cheapest plan which would only cover %50 of the out of pocket cost (so out of pocket would be $1,000, with the next cheapest plan it would be $500/twice a month or $12,000 a year).

So in reality I'm paying over $2,000 a year for this one med, to speak nothing of my birth control, amitriptyline, naratriptan and all my doctors' appointments. And that's with good insurance through my work. I'm kind of tired of there being a tax just for being sick, and sick with something I was born with that's outside of my control. I can't even imagine having migraines in this country without insurance through work.
