So I wear reading glasses due to my eyes hyperfixating (which I've been told is one of the reasons I get migraines), and it feels like it's getting harder to look at my computer for long stretches of time when I need to think creatively and articulately (which is a problem! I'm a writer!). It's like brain fog is settling in, and I find myself feeling sleepy just because of how tired my eyes are. Normally I just put some moisturizer on my eyelids and that helps them stay open a bit easier, but I'm wondering what I might not be thinking of? Yes, I take breaks from looking at my screen, and yes I take my glasses off occasionally to give the eye muscles a break.
