Migraine overview
A migraine is a headache that can purpose intense throbbing suffering or a pulsing sensation, typically on one facet of the head. It's often accompanied with the aid of nausea, vomiting, and excessive sensitivity to mild and sound. Migraine assaults can closing for hours to days, and the discomfort can be so excessive that it interferes with your each day activities. My experience-Tricks to deal with eye strain/sleepiness/brain fog?
So I wear reading glasses due to my eyes hyperfixating (which I've been told is one of the reasons I get migraines), and it feels like it's getting harder to look at my computer for long stretches of time when I need to think creatively and articulately (which is a problem! I'm a writer!). It's like brain fog is settling in, and I find myself feeling sleepy just because of how tired my eyes are. Normally I just put some moisturizer on my eyelids and that helps them stay open a bit easier, but I'm wondering what I might not be thinking of? Yes, I take breaks from looking at my screen, and yes I take my glasses off occasionally to give the eye muscles a break.
