My experience-Should I try dietary changes with history of ED?

Pretty much all in the title. I've always been reluctant to restrict my diet in any way since recovery, particularly as I'm already a vegan (which is something that's very important to me!) and any limitations on fruits/veggies would be tricky, as would going low carb.

Recently I've cut way down on sugar & chocolate in case this helps, and though I've noticed my digestion has improved, headaches are still 15 days each month, though maybe with slightly reduced severity. Unfortunately though, this restriction has made me start obsessing over food/my body again, in a way that's not healthy for me.

Does anyone have any advice, or has gone through something similar?
