I’m trying to get ketamine infusions for my chronic, intractable migraine. I found a pain mgt clinic that does it and works with insurance. However, I’m on Medicare disability with Aetna supplemental and Aetna won’t cover it because it’s experimental. I want to change insurances during open enrollment.

Does your insurance cover ketamine e infusions for migraine? If so, what insurance do you have? Are there any specific requirements you had to meet to get it approved? What’s your co-pay? TIA!
