My experience-I finally got my brain MRI. Can someone please tell me what this means?

FINDINGS: Normal size and configuration of the ventricles and sulci. No midline shift or mass effect. Patent basal cisterns. No abnormal extra-axial collection. Brain parenchyma shows normal signal intensity. No abnormal gradient signal loss. No restricted diffusion to suggest acute infarct. Maintained major intracranial vascular flow voids. No mastoid effusion. Normal marrow signal.

It doesn’t seem like any issues were detected that would suggest why I keep getting headaches and off balance feeling in my left ear.

Also, I’ve had an open MRI with a strength of .7T Not sure if that makes a difference or if it would’ve detected issues.
