My experience-Barometric pressure migraine relief? + “Dad jokes”

The weather and barometric pressure right now is giving me the worst migraine and I am imploding. I get horrible aphasia with the migraines so apologies if this is slightly incoherent but I have spent entirely too long proofreading it. I have been having migraines since I was a kid and have been getting the migraine Botox injections since April of this year, in addition to taking sumatriptan/Imitrex and/or Nurtec for the worst “breakthrough” migraines, plus Excedrin or Advil more frequently “as needed.” I have been badly clenching my teeth, which has set my TMJ off so I took Cyclobenzaprine muscle relaxant for that, has not helped the migraine though. Currently I am maxed out on meds and have all but bathed in peppermint oil, in addition to using some “pressure relieving” earplugs (I have the WeatherX ones) and an acupressure hand thing (Aculief?) on and off. The pain is still so bad that the nausea is making me dry heave again. Are there any other things I should try? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I would also like your best “dad joke” if you have one. :) (“I don’t know what to tell you, it’s all in your head” will be received with a patronized eye roll 🙄.)
