My experience-Really struggling

Maybe someone has been through what I’ve been through and can offer insight.

Basically my main symptom is I have constant head ache and what feels like pressure between my eyes.

Unrelated but maybe contributed to my pain, I have a slight bulge in c3/c4 which I have some success treating.

For 10 plus years I’ve though I’ve had sinus/allergy issues. I’ve tried every allergy/sinus medicine and countless ENT procedures. Finally my ENT referred me to a neurologist because he thinks it might be migraines.

Did a sleep study, shows I have moderate sleep apnea. Will get a CPAP soon.

Started 25 mg of topomax 2 weeks ago, so far no improvement and just a lot to side effects.

MRI coming up.

I don’t even know if it’s migraines. Maybe tension head aches? Anyone have any suggestions.
