My experience-MRI result shows a mucous cyst?

My migraines returned and the doctor ordered a MRI. I had one six years ago.

The good news is that there is no structural change compared to six years ago!! No new lesions, no nothing. Thank god. My migraines appear to have gone back to remission too. How bizarre!

The other news is the docs found a mucous cyst around my jaw and upper cheek. Funnily enough I can't see it or feel it. Anyone else had this? The doctor shrugged it off but should I be concerned?
