My experience-Migraines triggered by walking?
I'm pretty sedentary 95% of the time, but I've realized that whenever I've had to walk more than I normally would (running errands outside or just regular shopping), I always end up with a terrible headache behind my right eye and forehead that doesn't seem to go away no matter how many triptans I take.
Today was such a day. I went shopping for 2 hours and got a migraine less than an hour after I got home. Took my first triptan around then, and another one 3 hours later because the first one had not worked. It's been an hour since I took the second one and there's still no relief. Usually my triptans work within 2-3 hours...
My back is also killing me so I'm thinking it's related to something to do with my spine, but I haven't managed to convince any doctors to work with me on investigating it more.
Background: 26 M. Migraines since childhood, chronic migraineur since 2017. Currently trying out Aimovig 140mg (on day 19, no effect yet).
