My experience-It's been four years...and I can't take it anymore

It's been four years that I've had chronic migraines. Four years in which I haven't had a love life, in which I barely graduated my masters I took out a huge loan for, and stuck to a job I hated because I was too scared to get another one that would be accepting of my migraines.

I have spend thousands in trying everything. I am now with Emgality which is kind of okay but I still get 15 days of migraines every month - just at a slightly lower intensity.

I am failing at anything I am trying, because the migraine destroys everything.

Monday I went to a therapist. She said there was nothing she could do at this point because my life was too chaotic (which I obviously cannot solve...) and send me to a psychiatrist for medication.

I cannot muster anymore energy in trying to hard and nothing ever working out for me. I have taken antidepressants before and they where just a different kind of hell.

I genuinely don't know what to do anymore. I cannot continue to live like this.
