Does anybody have experience with the two dosage options and are they really equal? I am considering switching to 3 dosages at the same time instead of one because i am out of the country for two weeks when I should do the next but one injection.

But I am really doubting that it is equally effective. I am no expert but as far as I know such drugs have a biological half-live and for Ajovy it supposedly is around 1 month. But then this does not scale linearly, i.e. if I do three injections after 3 months there are less antibodies in my body than if I do 3 times one injection:

Case 1: I do 3 injections. After 1 month i have 1.5 left. After 2 months I have 0.75 left. After 3 months (before the next injection) I have 0.375 left.

Case 2: I do 1 injection. After 1 month i have 0.5 left and do another one = 1.5. After 2 months I have 0.75 left and do another one = 1.75. After 3 months (before the next injection) I have 0.875 left.

Probably this is not a problem and there is something wrong in my thought but since I already get more and stronger migraines after ~3 weeks of my regular injections I am looking for some advice. My neuro just told me that it doesn't matter although none of his patients do 3 injections at the same time...
