My experience-Slight tension headache that won't go away

I was gaming one night and noticed my forehead started feeling strange, thought it was just a headache so I stopped gaming and went to bed.

The next day this feeling persisted, and it has persisted so for several months now..

It doesn't really hurt at all, I can do all my regular activies and sleep just fine, so I don't feel comfortable calling it a migraine but it feels so weird and not normal, just feels like a 24/7 pressure around this area, I feel the pressure on that area a lot more when I'm wearing headphones or when I shake my head from side to side very fast.

I've looked up tension headache exercises on youtube and have tried to consistently do them for several days in a row but I feel 0 improvement so I get discouraged and stop.

I've also taken advil's dual action acetaminophen for some days and that hasn't lessened the pressure/slight tension either.

I also went to the doctor's and all they recommended was for me to basically stop wearing headphones lol. I stopped wearing them for like 2 to 3 whole months, but literally nothing changed. It still felt the same.

What should I do?
