My experience-Relpax side effect or does it just mean it's working?!?

Just curious if anyone else has experienced diarrhea or an urgent need for a bowel movement following a dose of Relpax (Eletriptan). For context....when I get a migraine there is always a shutdown of my GI tract. I'm already on Linzess for chronic constipation, but it's usually no match for my migraine episodes lol.

Sorry for the TMI: I'm finding when I take that 1st dose of relpax after a migraine hits not that long after I'm literally running to the bathroom. It's usually just 1 round of this. I'm not going to lie after this I feel tons better. GI is up and running again, nausea gone, appetite is back & the horrible migraine has subsided. In my mind I've chalked it up to the Relpax doing its job? Or is the a side effect that I should address with my neurologist? There are no other symptoms/side effects that occur aside from this.
