My experience-MRI results?

Hi all!

I have not officially been diagnosed with migraines, but my doctor suspects I may have them. I recently did an MRI and the findings are scaring me.

"There are a few (<5) periventricular foci of nonspecific small high T2 signal changes, largest right frontal up to 4 mm size. May be physiological or related to sequela of previous inflammation, demyelination, ischemia, or migraine headaches."

Has anyone here had an MRI with similar findings? And for anyone who has spoken to a neurologist, do migraines cause damage your brain?

Thanks in advance
