My experience-Advice for constant head pain due to wearing eyeglasses?

I’m finding that my migraine attacks aren’t what’s bothering me the most lately. It’s suddenly that my eyeglasses (or anything touching my head, scalp, face) causes pain and aching. By the end of the day, it’ll develop into a migraine attack.

I can abort the attack, but what about the pain I have to feel all day? I’ve had these glasses for years and they are light as a feather and were professionally fitted to my face, not too tightly. This damn allodynia I guess decided it just wants to get sensitive when I wear my glasses.

Any suggestions? I’m trying not to wear contacts too much because I have moderate dry eye. I must have my glasses to see.

I’m sick and tired of this all-day head, behind the ears, and facial pain.
