My experience-9 days of a bulletproof migraine ... totally weird and new for me. Any advice?

So I've had a migraine now for like 8 or 9 days despite all my abortive meds. The pain comes and goes and has lessened a little over time, but the other symptoms are still more or less constant. Bad coordination, sensitivity to light and sound, short temper, sometimes nausea... The pain has ranged from a bad 8 or so down to none for a few hours and then back to a dull roar. Oddly, if I accept being kind of out of it mentally, the pain is less noticeable. When I try to focus, it comes back and pounds.

I haven't ever had one continue for this amount of time, and it's unsettling. I haven't been to work in 2 weeks now.

I've tried all my abortive meds, and none really did much, but I hit 6 days of meds and I wanted to avoid maxing out on the abortives in case it gets really bad. I've tried 2 kinds of triptans (oral and nasal), advil, benadryl, ubrelvy (ubrogepant) oral, and have been adding in extra propranolol every day. I was supposed to get a sphenopalatine nerve block yesterday, but the doctor's office messed up and now I have to go in tomorrow. The one thing that put a dent in it was the combination of benadryl, dexamethasone, advil, and 2 extra 20mg propranolol pills. Since then the pain has been less, but I still have trouble finding the right words and with coordination and spacial awareness.

What do people do in this kind of case? I can't live normally. I'm behind on housework, cleaning, and going to the grocery store is an unpleasant adventure. I have projects at work that are time sensitive that I am invested in personally. Grad classes start next week, and I feel like a zombie. What set this off is *some* mystery contamination in the raw almond butter from Trader Joe's that set off either my celiac disease or allergies. It took me a week to figure out what food was doing it.

The only other suggestion I've had is to go into urgent care and ask for a toradol shot, which seems like it's just super advil. Help?
