My experience-Has anyone weaned off topamax after being on it long term? How long did you have withdrawal?

I’ve been on topamax for 16 years and am now weaning off of it because I have CSF leaks and it’s making my symptoms worse. I was at 150mg for years and I’m not weaning off by 25mg at a time. It’s been a few days and I’ve been having a brutal time so far. Has anyone else tried weaning off it after being on it for a long ass time (at a higher dose) and struggled? How long did the symptoms last for you? This has made my depression and anxiety a lot worse so I’m a bit concerned.
