My experience-Self-administered SPG Block

Holy crap. Just need to vent. I need a trophy or something for giving myself the block. I had my first SPG Block on Monday at the doctor's office and she sent me home with everything to do it myself. I'm using the Tx360 device. It was a little awkward, but not as hard as I thought. It's such an unpleasant sensation in the nose.

I thought giving myself a shot with a "real" needle and drawing the med into the syringe was bad. At least it was doable, and hopefully my anxiety will decrease as I do it more.

It works within seconds for me so at least I have some relief.
