My experience-post migraine help/ advice

So July 28th I started having my first symptoms of a migraine attack, I thought it would go away but the following days were the most painful of my life. literally felt like the back of my brain was melting. I felt like a zombie!! my cognitive abilities were so bad during the worst of it. i was already dealing with awful pain and then on top of that, I couldn't sleep due to the pain/worry because I started feeling num in certain spots. the super painful stuff lasted about 3, or 3 & 1/2 days. once I felt like I could drive to the Urgent care I did which was on August 1st. The first lady gave me a shot to help with the pain from the migraine, I went back the second day because I had intense panic attacks thinking I was having a stroke or something or the sort, id wake up in the middle of the night in a panic just crying. She gave me some pills to help with the anxiety so I could finally sleep a solid 8 hours at least without waking up. I took those pills for about 3 or 4 days and took the week off to relax and try and recover from the postdrome phase. today is the 16th of August and I'm still feeling a little weird close to being myself but just a little off. i was wondering if any of you have had a similar recovery from chronic migraine attacks that have taken a few weeks until you felt 100% like yourself again. thank you in advance <3 .
