Migraine overview
A migraine is a headache that can purpose intense throbbing suffering or a pulsing sensation, typically on one facet of the head. In the migraine section, to my surprise, it was all basically the same info they have today. Felt like reading the 2022 wiki article on migraine. They even knew about what we would call "cortical spreading depolarization" (although they worded it something like 'storms of nervous activity through the brain' and the (still unknown) similarities to epilepsy. Basically no useful research progress in the last 130 years here as far as the actual causes. Luckily treatment options have expanded now because in 1895 your choices were basically Aspirin and bedrest.
