My experience-Anyone else experience migraines like me?

Most people seem to experience migraine differently. I have chronic migraine and it‘d be nice to know someone having the same experience and might exchanging some advice.

My migraine always starts with regular neck pain, on the base of my skull. It often happens that the neck pain stays all day but doesnt progress.

The progressing pain becomes s migraine and reaches to one side of my head; in 90% of the cases its my right side that gets the migraine. I experience pulsating pain that gets drastically worse when i move. I rarely have aura, and besides strong pain (mostly a 7) i dont have many symptomes.. I‘d say im sensitive to light and sound though.

Strong Triptanes work for me. For lighter migraines Ibuprofen can do the job as well, Paracetamol doesn‘t do jackshit though. :(

Please tell me im not the only one having this!
