My experience-Afraid of Dying, I know it's illogical. Would appreciate advice

I've been suffering from a week+ migraine, and I can't shake the feeling that something is wrong. ITs hard to not be overwhelmed with anxiety... Muscles along my body are twitching, I've got light pressure across my head and a consistent layer of brain fog. Along with that, I've been experiencing chills and flu-like symptoms... but I had a CT Scan and doctors found nothing.

Am I overreacting? I've never had a migraine for more than a couple of days at a time, I don't really know what to do. Some of this might be because of exhaustion and anxiety, but other than waiting for a doctor's appointment I feel lost, not to mention isolated and confused.
