Yesterday I was so happy and content with everything and today I can’t stop crying.

I start my period in a couple days so the moodiness could be related to that OR it could be the sign of a migraine attack. Either way I feel totally out of control.

I’m debating whether it’s worth possibly wasting a ubrelvy or not. Sigh 🫤
