My experience-Ouch.
Having a bad migraine pain day this afternoon thanks to lingering chance of rain, that always gets me feeling fuzzy. I’m also three weeks out from my Botox injections. Usually about two weeks out, I can feel it wearing off. But this is only my third treatment so I’m hoping it doesn’t happen this time! I’ve been making great breakthroughs lately with my physical health, and that’s helping me feel better emotionally! Yay for self-care! Here’s some of the tools that help me- hang out all cozy in bed with blackout curtains! Mine are a deep hunter green and green light is therapeutic for headaches :) CBD oil! Coffee! Gatorade! A healthy meal with veggies and fish. Dark sunglasses outside, and relax with an audiobook. my favorite migraine glasses are made by Axon Optics! These take out the harsh light waves that cause migraine. They are steps above blue light blockers, and can actual stop a headache in its tracks. I have the indoor lenses, but they also make transition, prescription, and outdoor lenses! I be sure to drink lots of water (it can be easy to forget when you’re nauseous. I keep a full cup around several places in the house and refill anytime they get empty. This helps me hydrate. It’s damn hot out!!! Be aware!!!) Love and light to you all <3
