My experience-Need advice

So for about 4-5 years now, I randomly one day, got a droopy eye on my left side, my head got hot flashes and brain zaps, sometimes my arms go numb, confusion, and can’t get words out or understand people, it feels like a stroke(I’ve been to the hospital a few times worrying I was having one and they said I didn’t have a stroke.) so that’s good, I was talking to my friend and she said “if you get aura migraines, you shouldn’t be on birth control with estrogen.” Which is true. I researched and i now stopped birth control today, but I get these weird stroke like migraines with NO PAIN, every week or so now, sometimes every few months, sometimes very often, anyone else experience all these scary migraine symptoms? I don’t get visual, but it feels like everything is extremely loud to me, and I’ve even had it where it feels like everything around me is huge and I’m small(kinda Alice in wonderland syndrome.) just wondering if anyone has these exact same migraines I get, stroke symptoms with no pain? Mine can last anywhere from a few hours to a week I’ve had it.. my eye is permanently droopy and they said I might have Bell’s palsy now which really sucks, I’m so scared, i just want to feel happy, healthy, and normal
