My experience-Migraine?

Hi everyone! I have had two potential migraine experiences and I wanted to share my most recent one to see if it sounded like a true migraine. My head had been hurting on and off all day, but I took two excedrin and it seemed to help enough that I could continue functioning. Around 10pm last night, my headache came back and it was a stubborn, throbbing pain in the right front region of my head. I went to bed and just could not fall asleep for the life of me. The pain wasn’t 10/10 on a pain scale, probably more like a 7 but it was constant with no relief. My right eye felt kind of weak and a little blurred and hurt my head more when it was open. After tossing and turning for 4 hours, I took naproxen at 2am. I try to avoid NSAIDS because of my stomach but I couldn’t take the pain anymore. It didn’t seem to help at all and I tossed and turned some more until around 6am. I then got an ice pack which gave me enough relief to finally fall asleep. In terms of light sensitivity, I could look at my phone on the lowest brightness but not for too long at a time. I felt pretty nauseous and just overall not well. I also wanted to add that I didn’t experience an aura or anything like that. i was in the heat all day and did a lot of walking so i am sure that contributed. I slept from 6am-12pm and the pain is gone for the most part but I feel exhausted and have this pressure that feels like it can turn to pain at any wrong move. My right eye still feels a bit weak. Does this happen to anyone else? Does it sound like a migraine or perhaps a cluster headache? Any advice? TIA! <3
