My experience-How is it always migraine?

I sometimes get some really peculiar symptoms that I think can't possibly be migraine. When I talk to my neurologist about them, he assures me that they are indeed migraine. 🥴

I have been getting this occasional symptom where thoughts and language seem to get all jumbled. I literally don't know up from down, then I get super tired and dizzy and then the intense throbbing starts. I try to fall asleep, but even the sleep is weird. I can't tell if I'm asleep or awake during the episode.

How are the symptoms for this disease so freaking random???
