I'm a 23 year old male and I've suffered from cluster headaches my whole life. I started vaping about three years ago regularly. I take take large doses vitamin B2 everytime I feel a hint of cluster headache coming on.

But recently I decided to quit vaping and I stopped cold turkey for about three weeks now. But when I stopped vaping, I started getting cluster headache EVERY DAY with increased intensity. I took soo much vitamin B2 but it was barely helping with the intensity. I started to retrace my steps to see what I changed in my lifestyle that could possibly cause this hell. At first I didn't even consider nicotine because it seems so unrelated. But non the less I wanted to see if lack of nicotine was the cause of my daily cluster headaches. So I got some nicotine gum and popped two 4mg gums. And the first time in my life the cluster headache went away WHILE it was happening.

I've been doing some more testing to see if it is actually the lack of nicotine that's causing my daily headaches. But there is no question about it. I can definitively say that it is the nicotine.

I'm not saying it's a potential cure but let me know what you guys think of this. I'm just so happy that I don't have to go through that pain on a daily basis.
