My experience-Has anything worked for you?

I know every medication is different for everyone, but just trying to get some ideas of what has worked for people. I am working with a neurologist and basically just going through trial and error with different meds.

Preventative meds I’ve tried already include: -Emgality (worked until it didn’t) -Ajovy (made migraines worse) -Propranolol (didn’t help) -Amitriptyline (worked until it didn’t) -Nortriptyline (made migraines worse)

Abortive meds I’ve tried already include: -Nurtec (didn’t help) -Ubrelvy (didn’t help) -Maxalt (didn’t help) -Sumatriptan (hit or miss, had facial numbness) -Zomig (hit or miss) -Naratriptan (hit or miss)

I’m currently weaning off Nortriptyline, staying on Propranolol (increasing from 60mg to 80mg) and adding Aimovig to the mix, along with Nurtec and Naratriptan for abortives. So I’m curious-what’s your current treatment plan, and how much is it helping?
