I suffer from 3 different types of Migraine. Normal ones with and without aura. Vestibulaire and Silent Migraines.

I'm currently suffering. No pain at all. But i have spots on my body which feel lile they are numb. My whole spine feels weird. the right side of my head (where i usually also have pain when suffer from normal migraine feels weird) I feel flashes through my body. My right ear feels like its full of water. My Spine and face is tingeling. And my Legs and Hands feel funny. Numb is the wrong word but i feel disabled. I can do stuff but feel so off.

does anyone experience the same? This goes on for HOURS and i am so so scared.....

i am 29.

Pls, can anyone relate?
