My experience-Unexplainable Headache



Hi, strange issue here. Ive found that when i play darts I get awful headaches that last for days. I think ive now realised that the position I throw may be creating tension in my neck, and this could be exaccebating a pinched nerve (potentially occipital neuralgia). A few months ago, when at the gym, something did feel like 'it went', but im not sure whether thats unrelated or what actually caused the nerve to pinch in the first place.

any advice is appreciated :)
