My experience-I'm in shock this month!

I don't know if I should be worried to poo or celebrating, but this is the single first month since I was 21(I'm 39 now) that I haven't had a migraine accompany my monthly cycle! I've been on Topirimate for 5 years brain fog and all just to have a bit of "normalcy" in my life. Well, this is truly the first month I had a migraine free start and I'm in complete shock plus also suspicious! Now, let's see if it's a one time thing or sticking around. *No chance of pregnancy as I'm in single and so very not active lol *I've asked family before about menopause ages and I'm not close to theirs *No medication changes although I've moved fairly recently (but idk how that would influence my hormonal migraines)

Has this happened to any of you?
