My experience-Sleeping off migraine then woke up to brain zap + sleep paralysis 😒

Just to start, I haven’t taken any medication since ubrevly gave me the worst rebound headache so all I take is Tylenol and many ice packs. I had a migraine so I thought to take a nap but I woke up to the worst brain zap alongside some good old sleep paralysis. Just wanted to know if anyone has experienced these two together because I was so convinced I was dying. I’ve have experienced both brain zaps and sleep paralysis before but not at the same time. Let me tell you it sucks and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. It lasted around 5 or so seconds but those were the scariest seconds of my life. Sleep is now hard to come by because I’m terrified of experiencing it again.
