I recently learned about Vyepti and want to ask my doc about it, however, I’m nervous because the last CGRP receptor blocker I used, though helpful for my chronic headaches, caused profound constipation. The Vyepti website does not list it as a side effect, but I wanted to ask if anyone here has used it and had constipation as a side effect since it is also a CGRP drug?
