My experience-Migranes from neck pain need good neck sup pillow, “contour” or “cervical”??

So im getting headaches from what i think is bad neck support while sleeping. I use a thick heavy memory foam pillow currently. I sleep on my side.

From what Ive researched theres two commonly suggested pillow types and those are a “cervical pillow” and some people mention “contour” ones. Im not sure the difference and was wondering if anyone had any opinions or suggestions on what i should browse for.

Theres a cervical pillow by zamat on Amazon and i cant seem to find any contour types maybe im mistaken in the name.

thx for any replies!

edit: i am a side sleeper
