Migraine overview
A migraine is a headache that can purpose intense throbbing suffering or a pulsing sensation, typically on one facet of the head. It's often accompanied with the aid of nausea, vomiting, and excessive sensitivity to mild and sound. Migraine assaults can closing for hours to days, and the discomfort can be so excessive that it interferes with your each day activities. For some people, a warning symptom viewed as an air of secrecy takes location until now than or with the headache. An air of secrecy can consist of visible disturbances, such as flashes of mild or blind spots, or different disturbances, such as tingling on one thing of the face or in an arm or leg and concern speaking.
My experience-GP says I have vestibular migraine… but this has been going on for 3 weeks now.
So I passed out 3 weeks ago, for the first time ever. Have had a dull and sometimes very vision focused headache ever since with aura. I’m dizzy and can’t fully hold my head up. Changing positions too quickly causes me to either vomit or feel like I will pass out. Pins and needles on my head and face.
Sometimes the symptoms will go for a little bit but then I have “attacks” where I flush, go extremely hot and feel like I’ll pass out. Eye almost closes on one side, and I’m left with a pain in my head again.
No real relief after 3 weeks.
Was prescribed anti vertigo tablets which help a little but not a lot. They won’t refer me to a neurologist but im seriously worried. I’m fit and healthy and usually walk miles per day, now I can’t get out of bed.
Has anyone experienced this with migraine?
