Migraine overview
A migraine is a headache that can purpose intense throbbing suffering or a pulsing sensation, typically on one facet of the head. It's often accompanied with the aid of nausea, vomiting, and excessive sensitivity to mild and sound. Migraine assaults can closing for hours to days, and the discomfort can be so excessive that it interferes with your each day activities. For some people, a warning symptom viewed as an air of secrecy takes location until now than or with the headache. My experience-Finally gone 30 whole days without a migraine. I'm so happy, but honestly? I've lived the last 15 or so days in fear of another one.
I just hit a victory today - 30 days straight without a migraine! Normally I get them once every 10-12 days. So when day 7 hit without one, it was normal. Then day 15 came and I was like, huh. Wonder when it's going to hit. Then day 21 and 24 (my last streak) came and I spent every morning waking up thinking, it's gonna hit. It's gonna happen. When is it going to happen? While I'm out driving? Having lunch with family? Meeting my boss?
I still have this mentality and like, c'mon. I want to be happy, but all I can do is go day by day expecting one to slap me harder than a sack of bricks when I least expect this. It's like an unwinnable war, living in fear even while beating it every day.
