My experience-Need Advice

Hello everyone. I need some advice regarding FMLA issues.

I work at a store in Florida and I am at part time currently, but I occasionally suffer from really bad migraines. The kind that debilitate my entire day. I can't work on the occasions they happen, but because I've missed 3 days this year due to them my manager said she will need to appoint a write up unless I can get an FMLA signed to put in the company system.

The issue is I don't have a primary or a family doctor I can see, and I also don't have insurance since I'm part time.

I've tried calling the Free Clinic and Urgent Care and both stated they wouldn't be able to assist me. Has anyone else experienced this, or have any advice so I can avoid getting a coaching for my medical situation? Thanks
