My experience-I get pain in neck and in the back of my head, just above the neck which sometimes even reaches the very top of my head

This pain is mildly sharp that i cannot keep my neck straight for long. And it even makes my forehead feel hot. Also, i get headaches occasionally, tho not so often. But very often, I also get these acute sharp headaches which last for probably only 10 Seconds, especially on the temple area. Alot of times, when i move from dark into sunlight, i feel a pain, in head just above the eyebrows on the forehead. I also have begin to experience an ache due to noise but could that be because of my misophonia/tinnitus/hyperacusis that i have?
