My experience-Migraine and preeclampsia symptoms

Okay I went through everything here I could find on pregnancy and migraines, but most were for help with treating pain during migraine attacks in pregnancy. I’m now almost done with pregnancy, and of course getting horrible migraine attacks. My actual attack phase usually lasts 5-7 days. That’s not including the before and after phase. Sorry in the middle of a migraine and can’t remember the actual terms. Anyways, during my attack phase I get the intense pain, usually keep myself pretty close to a bathroom because I tend to throw up from the pain quite often. But I also get light density, sound sensitivity, and visual auras. The visual auras range from seeing spots to more floaters then usually, or blurry vision. These are also the symptoms of preeclampsia with high blood pressure. During migraine attacks my blood pressure spikes. OB wants me going into the ER anytime I have visual problems or head pain for more than 1 day. There is. I way I’m going to the ER every day to get checked because I’m in the middle of a migraine attack. Anyone deal with this or have recommendations for blood pressure during an attack?
