Migraine - Heart rate on Propranolol : Women-care

What exactly causes a migraine?
The exact cause of migraines is unknown, but they're thought to be the result of abnormal brain activity temporarily affecting nerve signals, chemicals and blood vessels in the brain.

Hi guys, I have my 1 week follow up with my GP on Friday after he increased my Propranolol from 80mg daily to 160mg daily. Ive been feeling a bit more lethargic, light-headed on occasion etc which I’m FINE with because it seems to be working very well for my headaches. My Fitbit notified me today that my heart rate has dropped from average 78bpm to 49 in the past week so Ive monitored my heart rate with my medical sats probe today and it seems to rest between 49-53. Can I ask if this is normal resting HR for anyone else on Propranolol?? X
