Migraine - Has anyone else had their migraines shift over time? : Women-care

I’ve had migraines since I was a child, the first one I can remember was when I was maybe 10? Throbbing, nauseating, pain always in my right temple. I am now 25 years old and I have not had a migraine in my temple in over a year! However, the pain has shifted to behind my eye. I don’t know if it’s related to sinuses because it follows the same pattern of my migraines but stuck behind my right eye now. Any other similar experiences? ☹️
