My experience-TMJ-related migraines?

Hi, does anyone have migraines caused by TMJ? We are still struggling to find what is causing my migraines, and any triggers. I noticed today, if I open my jaw completely, turn my head towards the side that is in pain and put slight pressure on that side of my head, the headache is relieved almost completely. Then the moment I close my mouth and sit up, there is piercing/stabbing pain right around the temple area, and a little further behind. But I have been dealing with migraines for close to a year, and this is the first one that had been like this. Nothing takes the pain away. No meds, nothing. Just..... literally opening as wide as my jaw will let me.
