My experience-Swelling Undereye During Migraine Attack

So, every time I have a migraine I get this under eye swelling. For a bit I thought maybe it was a bug bite, maybe under my right eye was just a favored spot for a sneaky mosquito or something. But yeah, that’s been ruled out by now. It’s not itchy at all and it always, always happens during a migraine and always under my right eye. And generally is the same size. I’m not sure what’s going on. I haven’t mentioned it to my doctor yet either. I’ve done a decent amount of reading up on migraines but I’m no doctor. I’m just thinking it might have something to do with the veins around the area? Has anyone else experienced anything similar like this? Does this seem like something I should be very concerned about?
