My experience-Hot compress in hotel?

Has anyone here come up with an idea for heating up a hot compress (the rice kind, not a washcloth) without a microwave? I am heading to a multi-day conference and with wearing a mask all day, overwhelm etc. I expect I’ll end up with a migraine at least once. Normally I live and die by my hot compress, but the hotel has no microwave. I can make do with the ice machine, but heat is usually better for me and I figured if anyone had ideas it would be this group! (Open to other workarounds too, of course).
