My experience-Feels like someone whacked me in my right temple with a hammer.
How did you know when to receive help for your migraines? I’m currently lying in bed in pain with a migraine that’s lasted all day and has taken over the right side of my head.
I thought I rarely had migraines anymore and that I just had “bad headaches” but no I had an epiphany and realised I still have migraines and I’ve either gotten used to the pain of them or they’ve gotten less intense since I was a younger teen. They hurt really bad and I need to lie in bed or just take it easy when I get them but they’re not “debilitating” like I’ve seen some people on here say. I probably get them about 5 times a month but have normal headaches every other day, I usually just ignore them and go along with the pain because it’s hit or miss with normal ibuprofen and paracetamol.
