My experience-Bed ridden after intense exercise



Hi everyone, does anyone have any tips on how to avoid or take care of a migraine flare up after intense exercise? My problem is I’m very outdoorsy and I get crazy migraines if I exert myself too much. I drink plenty of water, I use electrolytes, I’ll take salt pills if I’m really sweating, I take lots of breaks, eat snacks, but more often than not I’m in bed for at least 2 days after. This last bout I was puking and ibuprofen/Tylenol doesn’t even touch it. It’s miserable. Help?!
