My experience-Suboccipital muscle stiffness and pain in neck..

So i got my 3rd round of botox injections 2 weeks ago after an successful 2nd round which gave me relief for 3 months without any side effects. 1st round did nothing (unfortunately).

Anyway, 10 days ago so 4 days after my 3rd round of Botox injections (only front, sides and back of my head) i suddenly developed muscle tightness and stiff neck muscles, but no Migraines.

Could it be that the Botox is acting up this time now? Or side effects?

For as far as I can remember she didn't injected Botox in my neck or above right or left shoulder.

So i was questioning myself if somebody experienced the same? I read something that Botox can spread out through to the body or 5 to 10cm around the injected sides?

Appreciate some feedback.

Ps I got some rescue Gabapentin to ease the nerves, but man those stiff and painful neck muscles driving me insane.
